Modern.az reports that Ali Nikzad, Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, stated this. He noted that the Strait of Hormuz will not be reopened.
"We have not held and will not hold any negotiations regarding this issue. The decision concerning war, peace, and negotiations belongs to the Supreme Leader, who does not permit negotiations with the enemy."
