It is not realistic to expect Armenia to resume its activities in the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

Modern.az reports that these words were stated by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a briefing after his recent talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

In response to a question about whether the Armenian side had changed its position regarding the CSTO after the talks in Moscow, he said that there is no need to constantly look back at the past.

Pashinyan stated that he suggested to the Russian leader that the CSTO issue be considered sufficiently discussed and that they move on to other topics.

According to him, everyone has their own truth regarding the existing issues. “We should not constantly look at the same point, discuss and weigh everything. We have thoroughly considered everything and reached certain conclusions. Yesterday, we shared these conclusions in an atmosphere of mutual respect,” Pashinyan emphasized.
