Five countries affected by the conflict in the Middle East need $30.3 million in urgent aid to protect their healthcare systems.
Modern.az reports that this was announced by Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO).
"WHO calls for urgent aid to support healthcare systems in five countries affected by the conflict in the Middle East – Lebanon, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, the Syrian Arab Republic, and Jordan", - Ghebreyesus stated.
