US evacuates troops from the Middle East

The Pentagon has evacuated US troops from some bases in the Middle East due to Iranian strikes.

Modern.az reports that the National Public Radio (NPR) has disseminated information regarding this.

According to the information, hundreds of marines were evacuated to the US after Iran struck the base in Bahrain with missiles and drones. Evacuations were also carried out from other American bases in the region, but detailed information has not been provided.

Approximately 1500 military personnel and their families were evacuated from the Bahrain base. Before the US-Israel military operation, approximately 8000 military personnel served at this base.
