According to information, a dispute arose between two men on domestic grounds, and at that time, people at the scene heard gunshots. One of the witnesses ran out of the building and saw one of the conflict participants lying injured on the asphalt.
The injured person was sent to the hospital. The suspect has been detained.
It is reported that the man fired a signal flare pistol. He ran out of the bar and fired into the air. One of the passers-by, mistaking it for a combat pistol, attacked him.
