101 individuals allegedly linked to the US and Israel have been detained in Iran's Gilan region.
Modern.az reports that “Tasnim” disseminated information about this.
It was stated that the Gilan Police Department assessed the activities of those arrested as a result of the operation as criminal.
It was noted that the detained individuals are accused of taking photos and videos of prohibited areas, publishing them on the internet or sending them to enemy media, as well as creating public unrest.
The majority of those detained, specifically 91 individuals, were accused of creating public unrest by spreading false information and rumors, while the remaining 10 individuals were accused of planning, taking photos and videos of attack targets, and sending them to enemy networks.
