“Artemis II” mission has broken “Apollo 13”'s record

The “Artemis II” mission has broken the record for humans traveling the farthest distance from Earth, which was set by the “Apollo 13” mission in 1970.

Modern.az reports that “Apollo”s record was 400,000 km from Earth. “Artemis II” surpassed this mark at 13:56 US time (21:56 Baku time).

“Artemis II” is expected to travel 6.5 thousand kilometers farther than “Apollo 13”.
