On April 6, the price of diesel fuel in Germany rose to 2.487 (4.87 manat - ed.) euros per liter, reaching a record level.

Modern.az reports that the German Automobile Association (ADAC) released information regarding this.

The increase in fuel prices is linked to the rise in global oil prices amidst the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and the difficulties in shipping in the Strait of Hormuz region.

It is noted that even the recent measures by the German government have not been able to prevent the price increase.
