Britain's “The Times” newspaper has written about the health condition of Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei.
Modern.az reports that, according to the newspaper's claim, the video footage of Mojtaba Khamenei circulated on some Iranian Telegram channels in recent days is a product of artificial intelligence.
The information obtained by the newspaper is based on data from US and Israeli intelligence.
“The Times” claims that Mojtaba Khamenei has lost consciousness and is even in a coma. It is noted that he is currently being treated in one of the secret hospitals in Qom, Iran. The city of Qom is one of Iran's Shiite religious centers.
The reports state that Mojtaba Khamenei is unable to participate in decision-making processes and his public appearances are extremely limited. Videos created with artificial intelligence and circulated on social media are considered an attempt to demonstrate his activity.
The newspaper also reported that US and Israeli intelligence has been monitoring Mojtaba Khamenei's condition for a long time, and intelligence information has been kept secret until now.
The foreign press report also emphasizes that Iran is currently governed by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
