18 people, including 2 children, have been killed as a result of US and Israeli airstrikes on residential areas of Iran's Alborz province.

Modern.az reports that the "Fars" agency reported this, citing Qudratullah Seif, deputy head of the province.

According to him, another 24 people were injured.
