Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a post regarding the ceasefire reached between the US and Iran.
According to Modern.az, Erdoğan, who made a post on his X account, welcomed the achievement of the ceasefire.
"We welcome the ceasefire announced last night in the war that has turned our region into a battlefield since February 28. We hope that the ceasefire will be fully implemented on the ground without allowing for possible provocations and sabotage. We sincerely congratulate all participants who contributed to the process leading to the ceasefire, especially our friend and brother Pakistan. We sincerely wish for our region, which has suffered greatly from war, conflict, tension, and oppression, to achieve peace, tranquility, and stability as soon as possible. Turkey will continue to raise its voice for peace in the region and the world," the president noted.
