US President Donald Trump has not accepted Iran's initial proposed plan.

Modern.az reports that White House Press Secretary Carolyn Livit made a statement regarding this.

According to her, Iran initially presented a 10-point plan, but this document was rejected by Trump and his negotiating team as “completely unserious and unacceptable.”

Livit stated that some media outlets spread false information that this plan was acceptable to the US, and this does not reflect the truth.

The statement noted that Iran subsequently presented a new, more “realistic and concise” plan. The US side believes that this proposal aligns with its own 15-point plan and could be accepted as a basis for negotiations.

The White House official emphasized that Trump's “red lines,” particularly the demand for Iran to cease uranium enrichment on its territory, remain unchanged.

She added that claims that the US President would accept Iran's list of demands as is are “completely absurd.”
