The date for the next round of talks between the US and Iran has been announced.

Modern.az reports that White House Press Secretary Carolyn Leavitt provided information on this matter.

According to her, US President Donald Trump is sending a negotiating team. The team includes US Vice President Vens, special envoy Stiv Uitkoff, and Jared Kushner.

It was stated that the talks will be held this weekend in Islamabad.

According to the statement, the first round will take place on April 11. It was noted that the parties have high hopes for face-to-face meetings.
