Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that the attacks on Lebanon jeopardize the ongoing negotiations in the region.
Modern.az reports that Pezeshkian stated in his official address that the ongoing military operations have effectively rendered diplomatic efforts meaningless.
The President noted that these attacks constitute a blatant violation of the initial ceasefire agreement and indicate a deepening distrust between the parties:
"Such actions are a dangerous signal demonstrating a lack of commitment to potential agreements. Iran will not withdraw from its position in the region. We will never abandon our Lebanese brothers and sisters.”
