It has been announced who will represent official Tehran in the US-Iran talks to be held on April 10 in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan.
Modern.az reports that, according to Lebanon's “Al-Mayadeen” TV channel, a delegation led by Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf will participate in the talks on behalf of official Tehran.
Ghalibaf will also be accompanied by Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Mohammad Bagher Zolghadr and Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
Pakistan's Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif will lead the host's delegation.
“Al-Mayadeen” also claimed that the American delegation in the Islamabad talks would be led by US Vice President J.D. Vance.
White House Special Representative Steve Witkoff, President Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner, and the head of US Central Command Brad Cooper will form the American delegation in this round of talks.
