A ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel may be announced on April 11.

Modern.az reports, citing diplomatic sources, that "Al Hadath" spread this information. According to the TV channel, the ceasefire agreement may come into force on Saturday, April 11.

It is noted that the possible announcement of a ceasefire is considered a goodwill gesture ahead of the planned bilateral talks between Lebanon and Israel on the settlement of the conflict in Washington on April 14, mediated by the United States.
