If talks fail, the US will resume attacks on Iran.
Modern.az reports that President Donald Trump said this in a statement to the "New York Post" newspaper.
"We are rebuilding our ships. We are filling them with the best ammunition, the best weapons ever produced, even better than what we used when we destroyed them before. If we don't reach an agreement, we will use them very effectively."
US-Iran talks are scheduled to be held today in Islamabad. Tehran has stated that before talks begin, Washington must ensure that Israel stops its attacks on Lebanon and lifts the freeze on Iranian assets. Donald Trump has stated that the main condition for peace is Iran's renunciation of nuclear weapons.
