According to information from Modern.az, Nasirli Rafayat Ikhtiyar oglu, a resident of Salyan district, born in 1940, left his home on January 31 and has not returned since.

R. Nasirov's characteristics: height 165 cm, white-haired, thin build.

Those who recognize the person seen in the photo and have information about him are requested to contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs' “102 Call Center” Service or the Salyan District Police Department (021 254 07 85, 070 560 55 44).
