Modern.az reports that the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) released information regarding this.
According to the information, an anti-personnel mine explosion occurred while an employee of the Agency, Vasif Fizuli oglu Chobanov, born in 2000, was performing his official duties. As a result of the incident, the employee sustained various injuries to his left hand and face.
Vasif Chobanov was evacuated to the district central hospital. His condition is satisfactory, and there is no life-threatening danger.
