On March 23, the district prosecutor's office received information regarding the discovery of the p of Zahira Shukurova, born in 1983, in a pasture located in Aghsu district.
This was reported to Modern.az by the Aghsu District Prosecutor's Office.
Investigations established reasonable suspicions that on March 22, Aghsu district residents Eyyub Sahabov, born in 1977, and Seymur Mammadov, born in 1977, as a group of persons acting in prior conspiracy, intentionally killed Zahira Shukurova and then transported the victim's p from Muradli village of the district to a pasture area.
In connection with the criminal case initiated by the Aghsu District Prosecutor's Office regarding the incident, Eyyub Sahabov and Seymur Mammadov were charged as suspects under Article 120.2.1 (murder committed by a group of persons acting in prior conspiracy) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and based on the investigator's motion and the submission of the prosecutor overseeing the procedural guidance of the preliminary investigation, a pre-trial detention measure was chosen against them by the decision of the Aghsu District Court.
Currently, the investigation is ongoing.
