"Qarabağ" player Kadi Borges has been suspended for two matches.
Modern.az reports that the AFFA Disciplinary Committee has issued a decision on this matter.
This was due to the Brazilian midfielder receiving a direct red card in the XX round match of the Misli Premier League against "İmişli". "The Galloping Horses" will have to pay 1,000 manats for the player who committed a serious foul.
"İmişli"'s legionnaire Dioqo Almeyda faced a one-match suspension after receiving a second yellow card and being sent off the field for protesting the referee's decision. The regional representative was fined 2,500 manats. The club incurred a loss of 2,500 manats due to an unauthorized person entering the field during the match's halftime.
Towards the end of the match, fans of the Aghdam club used pyrotechnic devices. As this is the third occurrence this season, "Qarabağ" will pay 6,000 manats.
