"An audit of the funds spent during Rövnəq Abdullayev's tenure is not being conducted".
Modern.az reports that this was stated by AFFA President Rövşən Nəcəf.
Rövşən Nəcəf's response to the question addressed to him, "During Rövnəq Abdullayev's 16-year tenure as AFFA president, at least 320 million in sponsorship funds were allocated from SOCAR to this organization. You are currently the president of both AFFA and SOCAR. Has an audit been conducted regarding whether the funds allocated from SOCAR to AFFA in previous periods were spent in the correct direction?" was specific:
"No audit is being conducted".
It should be noted that R. Abdullayev, the former president of SOCAR, also headed AFFA from 2008 to 2024.(Teleqraf)
