Last night, the 1/4 final stage of the UEFA Champions League began.
Modern.az reports that two matches were held on the first match day.
"Real" hosted "Bayern" on their home ground. The match ended with the visitors' 2:1 victory. As for "Arsenal", they were guests of "Sporting" in Portugal. In this match too, the visitors won. In the 90+1st minute, Kai Havertz scored the only goal that secured the victory for the London club.
The other two matches of the round will be held tonight.
