The first matches of the 1/4 final stage in the UEFA Champions League have concluded.
Modern.az reports that two matches were also held on the second day of play. Spain's "Barcelona" team hosted "Atletico Madrid" on their home ground, while France's PSJ club hosted England's "Liverpool".
In the matches, PSJ defeated “Liverpool”, and “Atletico Madrid” defeated “Barcelona” with a score of 2:0.
It should be noted that in the first matches of the 1/4 final, Germany's “Bayern” defeated “Real Madrid” in Spain by 2:1, and England's “Arsenal” defeated “Sporting” in Portugal by 1:0. The return matches of this stage will take place on April 14-15.
