Large-scale repair works are being launched for the purpose of renovating the infrastructure of residential buildings in the capital.
Modern.az reports that a new tender project announced by "Baku City Capital Construction and Repair" Limited Liability Company will cover five major districts of Baku.
Within the framework of the project, the current and capital repair of buildings located in the territories of Nasimi, Yasamal, Khatai, Surakhani, and Sabunchu districts, belonging to the state housing fund, is envisaged.
The estimated total cost of the works to be carried out under the competition amounts to 25 million 110 thousand 711 manats.
