In January 2026, the most complained-about bank in Azerbaijan was selected as "Bank Avrasiya" with an index of 6.89.

Modern.az reports this, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA). “AFB Bank” was second on the list (index of 3.83), and “Bank BTB” was third (index of 2.07). The indicators for other banks are as follows:
