The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has disclosed the most complained-about insurance companies regarding compulsory motor insurance.

Modern.az reports, citing the CBA, that in the last year (February 1, 2025 - January 31, 2026) the most complained-about company in Azerbaijan was " AtaSığorta" (with an index of 1.81). Last month, among the most complained-about companies, "Xalq Sığorta" was second again with an index of 1.63, and “Atəşgah Sığorta” was third with an index of 1.32.

The complaint index for other insurance companies is as follows:
