The "State Cadastre and Registry of Immovable Property" Public Legal Entity is launching a large-scale repair and construction project in Baku city.
Modern.az reports that, according to the procurement tender announced by the entity, major repair and reconstruction works will be carried out in the administrative building located at 40 Alasgar Gayibov Street, Narimanov district, of the Baku Territorial Department No. 1.
For the implementation of the aforementioned infrastructure project, the allocation of funds amounting to 8 million 938 thousand 796 manats is projected.
Within the framework of the project, the adaptation of the building to modern standards, site preparation, and the reconstruction of the structure are envisaged.
