Construction work continues on the “Cipriani Tower”, considered to be the tallest building in Azerbaijan, in the “Sea Breeze” resort town. The “Cipriani Tower” will be located on the artificial Halfmoon island. This architectural concept will be the tallest building in Azerbaijan with a height of 323 meters.
Modern.az reports that, the new tower will be located on Halfmoon island on the Caspian Sea coast.
This building will be the tallest building in Azerbaijan with a height of 323 meters. The building's project was prepared by world-renowned architect Shaun Killa.
The project includes the five-star Cipriani Resort Sea Breeze hotel, designed for 116 rooms under the Cipriani brand, as well as the Cipriani Residences Sea Breeze residential complex, which combines approximately 127 ultra-luxury residences in a for-sale format. The complex's infrastructure includes banquet and conference rooms, a spa center with an area of approximately 1647 sq.m., and Cipriani-branded restaurants and bars.
The expected opening date for Cipriani Resort Sea Breeze and Cipriani Residences Sea Breeze is October 1, 2031.
It should be noted that on January 31, an official signing ceremony for an agreement between the Sea Breeze resort city and the world-renowned Cipriani brand was held in Milan. The documents were signed by Emin Agalarov and Giuseppe Cipriani.
