In the United Arab Emirates, fuel prices have significantly increased starting from April 1, 2026.
Modern.az reports that, according to the publication “Al Bayan”, the price of petrol has increased by approximately 0.8–1 dirham per litre, and diesel fuel by almost 2 dirhams.
According to the new prices, Super 98 petrol costs 3.39 dirhams, whereas in March this figure was 2.59 dirhams. The price of Special 95 petrol has risen from 2.48 dirhams to 3.28 dirhams. E-Plus 91 petrol has also increased from 2.40 dirhams to 3.20 dirhams.
Diesel fuel has also sharply increased and currently stands at 4.69 dirhams, which represents a significant rise compared to the previous price of 2.72 dirhams.
