The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has held officials of Xalq Bank OJSC and Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan CJSC administratively liable.

According to the information, in both banks, the requirements of the "Rules on the Form, Content, and Submission of Prudential Reports Prepared by Banks and Local Branches of Foreign Banks" were violated. As a result, guided by the requirements of Article 47 of the Law "On Banks", and in accordance with Article 439.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, each of the bank officials was fined 1.5 thousand manats.
"Violations regarding the reporting form do not pose a threat to the financial stability of banks", - the CBA stated.
