The "Rules for taking control measures against goods that do not comply with the requirements of technical regulations in consumer markets" have been approved.
According to Modern.az, the Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision on this matter.
Control measures against goods subject to technical regulation that do not comply with the requirements of technical regulations in consumer markets are carried out in accordance with these Rules, taking into account the requirements of the Law, by the Azerbaijan
State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic. Inspections carried out in the field of entrepreneurship are carried out in accordance with the Law "On Regulation of Inspections in the Field of Entrepreneurship and Protection of Entrepreneurs' Interests".
