The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has registered "Cib Kapital Investment Company" CJSC.

Modern.az reports, citing the Ministry, that the legal address of the new entity is Baku city, Khatai district, Khojaly Avenue, 13A, its authorized capital is 500 thousand manats, which is 200 thousand manats more than the minimum requirement set for investment companies, and its legal representative is Gündüz Maxsud oğlu Gözəlov.

It should be noted that currently, 12 investment companies in the country hold the relevant license from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
