The ranking of the world's most delicious and least delicious cuisines for 2025 has been published.
Modern.az reports, citing the "World Population Review" journal, that according to the study, Greece has the most delicious cuisine among 99 countries. It is followed by Italy, Mexico, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, France, Japan, and China. The publication notes that Greek cuisine is distinguished by its simplicity, proper preparation, and use of fresh ingredients.
Azerbaijani cuisine is positioned in the middle of the ranking, at 56th place.
Among the countries of the former Soviet Union, Georgia ranks highest, securing 30th place. Russia is 34th, Lithuania 39th, Ukraine 43rd, Belarus 75th, and Latvia 78th.
The cuisines of Kazakhstan and Armenia are among the weakest. Thus, among 99 countries, they ranked 92nd and 93rd. The least delicious cuisines belong to Nicaragua, Laos, and Bolivia.
