Regarding the registration of a branch of foreign media entities REQUIREMENTS

Information regarding the state registration of branches and representative offices of foreign media entities must be provided to the Media Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan within 3 working days.

According to Modern.az, the Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision on this matter.

According to the decision, amendments have been made in this regard to the "Rules for the Maintenance, Use, and Protection of the State Register of Legal Entities".
