The incident was recorded in Maryville, Tennessee. On that day, an "SUV" type vehicle belonging to the police, which was part of Vance's motorcade during his escort, was involved in an accident.
During the accident, police officer Justin Brown sustained serious injuries and was hospitalized.
His condition is reported to be critical, and he has undergone surgery.
