A Russian general has died as a result of a car explosion in the south of Moscow.
Modern.az reports that, according to the Investigative Committee, Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, Head of the Operational Training Department of the Russian General Staff, died from his injuries. A criminal case has been opened regarding the incident.
The Investigative Committee added that the main theory of the murder is related to Ukrainian intelligence services.
