Minimum wage increased in Turkey

The amount of the minimum wage in Turkey has been increased.

Modern.az reports that Turkey's Minister of Labor and Social Security, Vedat Işıkhan, has issued a statement regarding this.

According to him, the new minimum wage has been determined as 28,075 lira (1,114 AZN).

The decision will come into force starting from January 2026.
