Members of the Milli Majlis sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva. 


Modern.az reports that Speaker Sahiba Gafarova stated this at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis. 
The deputies welcomed this proposal with applause.
