In the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (AR), the population has increased.
Information on this was provided to Modern.az by the State Statistical Committee of the Nakhchivan AR.
It was stated that as of December 1, 2025, the population in the autonomous republic increased by 0.3 percent compared to a year ago, reaching 472.4 thousand people.
It should be noted that as of January 1, 2024, the population in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic increased by 0.6 percent compared to a year ago, reaching 468,566 people.
