In January 2026, an inspection was conducted by the Analytical Expertise Center of the Ministry of Health in a total of 48 pharmaceutical establishments.
According to information provided by AEM to Modern.az, 10 of the inspections were carried out in Baku, and 38 were conducted in pharmacies located in other cities and regions of the republic.
It was reported that 32 of the inspections were planned, and 16 were unplanned.
Based on the results, various deficiencies were identified in 7 pharmacies. Regarding the identified violations, relevant administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Articles 452.1, 452.2, and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
