The integration of SİMA new generation digital signature into the “Electronic Mortgage and Credit Guarantee” system has been ensured.

It was noted that it is now possible to use “SİMA İmza” in the system, alongside other electronic signature tools. Thus, citizens wishing to obtain a mortgage loan or rent-to-own housing can log into the system with a SİMA digital signature, create an electronic cabinet, and sign all types of contracts.
It should be noted that this innovation was implemented within the framework of joint cooperation between the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund and “AzInTelecom”. The aforementioned integration aims to prevent time and additional costs for citizens and increase the efficiency of the services provided.
