Iranian authorities detained several political figures in January for supporting protesters.

Modern.az reports that Iran's Fars news agency released information about this.

It is noted that they are accused of supporting Israel, the US, and "terrorist acts".

"The Tehran prosecutor whitewashed terrorist acts in January and filed charges against members of a political and media movement affecting the country's security," the report states.
