Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, speaking at a ceremony in Tehran to honor athletes who won medals at the Paralympic Games, stated that the country is facing external pressures and difficulties, but will not succumb to these challenges.

Modern.az reports that Pezeshkian emphasized the importance of national unity and solidarity, and said that all citizens must unite to overcome the problems they face.

He noted that they would do their best to eliminate the country's existing shortcomings.

“The world is forcing us to submit through violence and pressure, but just as you did not succumb to difficulties, neither will we. We must heal the wounds that have arisen together,” – Pezeshkian added. (HaberGlobal)
