Germany's Foreign Minister called on Hungary to reconsider its position regarding sanctions against Russia.
Modern.az reports that Germany's Foreign Minister Yohann Vadeful called on Hungary to reconsider its decision to block the adoption of the next package of sanctions against Russia.
The minister stated that Hungary's position surprised him:
“Hungary's position surprised me. We will discuss this with our Hungarian colleagues. Therefore, we will once again present our arguments both in Budapest and here – in Brussels – so that this position is reconsidered”, – Vadeful stated upon arriving at the meeting of European Union foreign ministers in Brussels.
