Personnel changes in the Ministry of Defense

The Head of the Finance and Budget Department of the Ministry of Defense, Colonel Rashad Babayev, has been dismissed from his post.

Modern.az reports that Minister of Defense, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, signed an order regarding this.

Currently, the position of Head of the Finance and Budget Department of the MoD is being performed by the department's deputy head, Vugar Ibrahimov.

It should be noted that Rashad Babayev was appointed to this position in 2024.(Unikal.az)
