Four individuals preparing a terror attack have been detained in Istanbul

4 people preparing a terrorist act have been detained in Istanbul.

Modern.az reports that as a result of a joint operation by Turkey's National Intelligence Organization and the General Directorate of Police, individuals reported to be members of the terrorist organization DHKP-C were apprehended and detained in simultaneous raids conducted on February 25, 2026.

According to the information, the suspects were planning armed and explosive attacks against strategic targets in Istanbul. The institutions announced that joint operations against terrorist organizations are continuing. (TRT Haber)
