Theft occurred from markets located in the territories of Khazar and Narimanov districts.
Modern.az reports that the Ministry of Internal Affairs disseminated information regarding this.
It was reported that 28-year-old E.Gadirov and 39-year-old R.Gozalov, suspected of committing the acts, were identified and detained through measures carried out by police officers. It was revealed that they stole and sold alcoholic beverages and tobacco products from markets they entered as customers.
It was also revealed that E.Gadirov, among those detained, stole a woman's purse while on public transport.
An investigation is being conducted regarding the facts.
