"On Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters” In accordance with the requirements of the Convention dated October 07, 2002, the request of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan regarding the extradition of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Musayev Abdul Ruslam oglu and Huseynov Rustam Ahmad oglu, was granted by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.

The information states:
"Regarding the criminal case under preliminary investigation by the Main Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs concerning Musayev Abdul Ruslam oglu, and regarding the preliminary investigation conducted by the Pirallahı District Prosecutor's Office of Baku city concerning Huseynov Rustam Ahmad oglu, as reasonable suspicions were established that they committed criminal acts specified in the relevant articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, decisions were made to involve them as accused persons and an international search was declared.
Both individuals were brought to Azerbaijan accompanied by a special convoy of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice."
