It has been announced that the subscription for ABB bonds, creating new earning opportunities for investors, has commenced.
Individuals can subscribe to ABB bonds until March 17, 2026. The process of acquiring the bonds will be carried out through a public offering method.
The nominal value of one unit of registered, interest-bearing, unsecured, book-entry bonds is 100 manats. The total number of securities will be 100,000, with 50,000 in each of the two issues.
ABB bonds are issued for a period of 1 and 2 years. For bonds with a 1-year circulation period, the annual interest rate is 10%, and for those with a 2-year period, it is 11%. Interest income is paid quarterly and is not subject to tax. Individuals have a preferential right in acquiring the bonds.
Opportunities for selling the bonds in the secondary market will also be created. It is possible to subscribe to ABB bonds via the ABB mobile application.
